Welcome to ElectroPrintz.pk. By accessing or using our website, placing an order, or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our site.

1. General

This website is operated by ElectroPrintz.pk. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to ElectroPrintz.pk.

By using this website, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your province, state, or country of residence, or that you have obtained parental/guardian consent to use this site.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Product Customization

All products offered by ElectroPrintz.pk are custom-made and printed on demand according to the design, model, and variant selected by the customer.

  • Please review your order details carefully before checkout.

  • Once production begins (after 2 hours of order placement), no changes, cancellations, or modifications can be made.

  • The colors and textures of customized products may slightly vary due to display differences and material characteristics.

3. Order Processing & Shipping

  • Production Time: 2–3 business days after order confirmation.

  • Delivery: We use Leopards Courier, POSTEX and TCS for nationwide shipping across Pakistan.

  • Delivery Time: Typically 5–12 business days, depending on your location and courier performance.

If a delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address, or

  • Customer unavailability or failure to respond to the courier,

You will be required to pay the shipping fee again to have your order resent.

4. Returns, Resends & Refunds

We operate under a Resend-Only Policy — refunds are not provided under any circumstances.

A resend will be arranged only if:

  • The wrong item, design, or variant was sent due to our error.

If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide photo or video proof of the issue.

Once verified, we will resend the correct product at no additional cost.

Please note:

  • Customized products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless the error is from our side.

  • For skins and wraps, slight cutting or size variances (up to 0.3 inches) may occur due to machine tolerances and vinyl application requirements. Resends are accepted only if the difference exceeds 0.3 inches after verification.

5. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees).

  • Prices and offers are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Full payment must be made at checkout via available payment methods (Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, etc.).

  • Orders will not be processed until payment is confirmed.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on ElectroPrintz.pk, including product designs, logos, images, descriptions, and graphics, is the intellectual property of ElectroPrintz.pk.

  • Any unauthorized use, duplication, or reproduction of our materials without written permission is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. If you believe that any content, design, or digital image on our website infringes on your intellectual property rights or has been used without authorization, please contact us immediately at electroprintz.pk@gmail.com or call +92-311-2062956. We will promptly review the issue and remove any verified infringing or stolen material from our website.

7. Limitation of Liability

ElectroPrintz.pk shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Product misuse or improper application,

  • Delays caused by courier services, or

  • Circumstances beyond our control, including natural events or operational disruptions.

In no case shall ElectroPrintz.pk’s total liability exceed the original purchase amount of the product in question.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms of Service at any time by posting updates on our website.
Your continued use of our site after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
