Return & Refund Policy

At ElectroPrintz.pk, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in delivering high-quality customized products, crafted with care and precision. However, if you face any issue with your order, please review our Return & Resend Policy below.


1. Resend Eligibility

We only offer a Resend Policy to our customers. Refunds are not provided under any circumstances.

A resend will be arranged only if:

  • The wrong item, variant, or design was sent due to our mistake.

If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and provide photo or video proof of the issue.
Once your request is verified and approved, we will resend the correct item at no additional cost.


2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

Due to the customized nature of our products (such as skins, wraps, and accessories), we do not accept returns or provide refunds for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind after placing the order

  • Wrong size, model, or design selected by the customer during ordering

  • Products that have been used, applied, or tampered with


3. Product Disclaimer – Skins & Vinyl Products

Our skins and wraps are made from high-quality vinyl material and cut precisely using professional equipment. However, due to the nature of vinyl application and the production process:

  • Some vinyl may require slight stretching during application to ensure full coverage without leaving small uncovered areas.

  • Minor cutting variances of a few millimeters may occur due to the cutting machine’s tolerance, which is uncontrollable from our side.

Only in cases where the cutting difference exceeds 0.3 inches (approximately 7–8 mm) will a resend request be accepted after verification with photo or video proof.


4. Undelivered or Returned Parcels

If your order is undelivered or returned to us due to:

  • An incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, or

  • Failure to receive or respond to the courier

You will be required to pay the shipping fee again to have your order resent.


5. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them.
Once production has started on your customized item, the order cannot be cancelled or modified.


6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges.
If your item qualifies for a resend (under section 1 or 3), a new item will be sent after approval of your request.


7. Return Shipping Responsibility

In rare cases where a return is required to process your resend, you may be asked to ship the incorrect item back to us.

  • If the error was on our side, we will cover the shipping cost.

  • If the issue was caused by incorrect information from the customer, return shipping will be at the customer’s expense.
