At ElectroPrintz.pk, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to deliver high-quality customized products with care and precision. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Return & Refund Eligibility

We accept return or refund requests only under the following conditions:

• You received the wrong item, variant, or design.

• The item delivered is damaged or defective.

• The product received does not match the description provided at the time of purchase.

If any of the above conditions apply, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with photo or video proof of the issue.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the customized nature of our products (e.g., skins, wraps, and accessories), we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

• Change of mind

• Wrong size or design selected by the customer during ordering

• Products that have been used, applied, or tampered with

3. Shipping Fee for Undelivered Orders

If your parcel is undelivered due to:

• Incorrect address provided by the customer

• Failure to receive or respond to the courier

You will be required to pay the shipping fee again to have your order resent.

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash, depending on your original method of payment. Please allow 5–7 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them. After this period, we begin processing your customized product and it cannot be cancelled.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer product exchanges. If your item is eligible for return, a new order will need to be placed once your return is approved.

7. Responsibility for Return Shipping

If an item is eligible for return, you may be asked to return the item to our designated address. The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer, unless the mistake was on our end.
