All orders go through a production phase before dispatch.

Once your item is crafted and quality-checked, it will be dispatched for delivery.

3. Delivery Time

5. Failed Deliveries & Re-attempts
If your order is returned due to:

You will be required to pay the shipping fee again for re-dispatch.
6. Package Inspection
Please inspect the package at the time of delivery. If the item is damaged or the packaging appears tampered with, inform us within 24 hours with proof for investigation.
